Matthew Yuen

Matthew Yuen is the principal attorney at MYUEN LAW. Matthew is dedicated to providing his clients with a full suite of corporate and intellectual property law services. Matthew received his undergraduate degree in applied physics at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and his law degree at the University of New Hampshire, School of law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center), one of the premier intellectual property law schools in the country.
Matthew has represented clients in all aspects of Intellectual property law, including the prosecution of patents and trademarks, copyright enforcement, and licensing. He has extensive experience prosecuting patent applications, and has worked on applications in the following technology fields: Computer hardware, networking systems, network security software, RF communications systems, block-chain, semiconductor fabrication, autonomous devices. Additionally, Matthew has worked on software applications in the Post-Alice §101 landscape.
In addition to his work in intellectual property law, Matthew has experience working with businesses in all manner of corporate law, including corporate set ups, mergers and acquisitions, private placements and financing, and business transactions.
Matthew is passionate about helping small companies and independent content creators to build principled and sustainable businesses.
